I have been baking since the age of 11 when I was taught how to make a Victoria sponge at school. My passion for decorating cakes developed in 2002 when my then 7 year old daughter decided she wanted a fairy tale castle cake.

In 2017 after 15 years of making cakes for friends and family I decided that I would pass the PME Diplomas and finally attain my PME Masters Certificate and set up my own business baking, decorating and selling cakes and cookies.
